1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of our website and services located at 1468 Oakview Avenue, Vancouver, BC V5K 1A1, Canada. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Services Overview

Lunoryxa specializes in curated events, workshops, and gatherings that focus on social connection and entertainment without alcoholic beverages. We also offer digital products such as guides and courses, as well as branded merchandise.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information during booking and to comply with venue rules and all applicable laws.

4. Booking and Payment

To reserve an event or service, complete the booking form and submit payment in full. Payment may be made by credit or debit card. All charges will appear as Lunoryxa. For assistance, call us at +14163312039.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Events and Services

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date. Rescheduling at no extra charge is available in this window. Cancellations made between 7 and 2 days before the event receive a 50% refund processed to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are nonrefundable due to venue and staffing commitments.

5.2 Digital Products

Digital items such as e-guides, video content, and online courses are delivered immediately upon purchase. As a result, they are final sale and nonrefundable.

5.3 Merchandise

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, please contact our Contact Form. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lunoryxa and its team are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in events or use of our digital or physical products beyond what is required by applicable law.
